NEWS BREAK: Currently the Seattle area is experiencing extreme lows in for sale housing inventory (in Woodinville we have only seen 36 homes come to market since January). Interest rates are leveling out around 5%, meaning this spring is brimming with opportunity. NO, you will not sell for artificially inflated prices (we will not see those days again for many years to come) but local home values are fantastic & buyers are ready to buy QUALITY homes. But back to that prepping . . . here's a short list to get you started, one that will benefit all homeowners; whether you're selling or just refreshing your space. * Touch up your interior paint, or if it's time for an all over neutral refresh, I suggest Alabaster by Sherwin Williams. *Clean out those closets. Purge, purge, purge! * Make those windows shine, followed by a gutter & roof cleaning.
